These terms govern your use of quikforge.com, the corporate website of QuikForge. The site is informational: it tells you who we are and what we build. Each section states the rule in plain words first; where there is more to it, the detail sits in the panel underneath.

Who we are

• QuikForge is QUIKFORGE LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Business Registration No 79555262.
• Our registered office is Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R.
• We build and operate online tools — the products listed on this site, and others we may make over time.

What this site is

• This site presents our company and our products. It describes what they do; it does not sell anything and does not invite you to register for an account.
• Each product has its own site and its own terms. Nothing on quikforge.com forms a contract with you, and it does not bind any of the product sites.
• We may change what this site says as our company and products evolve. Material changes are noted by the update date at the top of this page.

Intellectual property

• The content of this site — the text, the marks, the logo and the design — belongs to QuikForge or its licensors.
• You may read it, link to it and share it for informational purposes. You may not reproduce it commercially, or use our name or marks to imply an affiliation that does not exist, without our written consent.
• Product names and sites belong to their own operators where they are not ours.

No warranties

• This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
• Descriptions of our products are honest summaries, not contractual specifications. Before relying on any product, read the product's own site and terms.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this site shall not exceed a reasonable amount commensurate with the nature of the claim, as required by the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71).
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• If something goes wrong, write to us first: we would rather settle it between us than anywhere else. If it is not resolved within thirty days of being raised, either party may bring it before the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
